Black Sesame Popsicles

Black sesame popsicles with coconut milk and dates. For these, I used the same base as my vegan black sesame ice cream.


Recipe

Black Sesame Popsicles

Pulse 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds in a blender/food processor until finely ground. Add 5-6 soft, pitted dates, 1 tsp pure vanilla and a pinch of salt. Continue to pulse until you get a smooth paste (add a little coconut milk if you need to).

Finally, blend in 250 ml canned coconut milk (I use Kara UHT coconut milk) and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Freeze for at least six hours/overnight until completely set and enjoy.
