This gluten-free, refined sugar-free, grain-free and vegan homemade fruit, nut and seed mix is a cinch to make. This power-packed mix can be enjoyed in many delicious ways:

Recipe

Fruit, Nut and Seed Mix

Mix together 3/4 cup of lightly toasted seeds (I used a mix of pumpkin, sunflower, melon, flax & chia), 3/4 cup of chopped, toasted nuts (I used almonds & walnuts), 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of chopped semi-dried apricots.

Customise it by adding nuts or seeds of your choice and adjusting the quantities to taste.
