Grilled mangoes, homemade labneh (whipped with cardamom and rose water), a generous drizzle of honey and some crushed pistachios for dessert tonight. These can also be served with whipped cream or ice cream.

Grilled Mangoes with Labneh and Honey
Slice ripe but firm mangoes, score them and brush each slice with olive oil or ghee.
Grill the mangoes for 4-5 minutes, cut side down.
Top the grilled mangoes with dollops of labneh. Drizzle some honey and sprinkle with crushed pistachios before serving.
