Mango and Turmeric Lassi Popsicles

I made these mango and turmeric lassi popsicles last month. I must admit, I have gone a bit overboard with mangoes this summer and am really going to miss them. But the last few varieties of the season are still around and these popsicles are a great way to enjoy them.


Recipe

Mango and Turmeric Lassi Popsicles

(Makes 6 small popsicles)

Blend three chopped, ripe mangoes, 1/2 cup unsweetened plain, Greek yogurt (use a dairy-free version to keep it vegan), 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric, 1/4 tsp ground cardamom, 1/8 tsp black pepper and jaggery to taste until smooth, spoon into popsicle/kulfi molds, freeze and enjoy!
