Who wouldn’t want to cozy up with a mug of Mexican almond hot chocolate on a cool December evening?

Mexican Hot Chocolate
Whisk together: 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice), 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, jaggery (or any sweetener of your choice) to taste, a drop of almond extract, a dash of cinnamon, a grating of nutmeg, a pinch of cayenne and a piece of your favorite bitter chocolate, in a saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
